General Info
Please be aware if you are late arriving for your appointment we may need to reduce your treatment time accordingly. If you are very late arriving it may mean that we have to reschedule your whole appointment, so as to not inconvenience the next client.
We really want your time with us to be totally relaxing so we respectfully request that young children are not bought along to treatments. This also avoids any disruption for other clients.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to make an appointment, 24hrs notice is appreciated, so that the time may be allocated to another client. Charges will apply to less than 24hrs notice and in the case of a deposit being paid for pamper packages, this will not be refunded if less than 24hrs notice given.
